Your first underwater experience!

The SSI Try Scuba program is the best way to try scuba diving for the first time. You will be in confined water and well looked after by your instructor, so you can enjoy those first unforgettable breaths underwater and experience the magic of scuba diving. At the end of this short course, you will have earned your SSI Try Scuba recognition card and undoubtedly want to go diving again.

The Try Scuba Diving program is an approximately 3-hour activity

THEORY

In less than forty minutes you will be introduced in the basic facts of breathing and communicating underwater and in the operation of a scuba unit. Your personal instructor will prepare you for your great sea adventure!

SCUBA GEAR

Wet suit, mask and fins, scuba tank and buoyancy control devise, all geared up and ready to explore! Before you know it, you and your instructor, you will both be  in water -swallow enough to stand up-  and perform basic exercises.

UNDERWATER

It will take only a few breaths underwater to feel completely comfortable.
As soon as you are through some basic skills, your instructor will escort you on your first dive around, showing you the underwater hidden treasures.

DEBRIEF

After breathing for forty minutes underwater, you will ascend back to our world and return to the dive center. Your instructor will review the whole experience with you and present you your next steps in diving education and exploration.
